What would I need to bring to the session?
Arrive in comfortable and breathable clothing, a bottle of water, and if you feel called to, bring any crystal that you wish.
DO I NEED TO HAVE PRIOR reiki experience or KNOWLEDGE?
Not at all. We encourage you to join us whether this is your first or 10th experience.
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?
Clients are always welcome to ask questions or comment during a reiki session, however, Kristine's clients are well know to fall into a beautiful slumber of relaxation during sessions.
Where is the location?
Our sessions take place at Stronger Together Studio @ 62 Commerce Park Dr Unit H/I, Barrie, ON L4N 8W8
Which session is better, 1 hour or 30 min?
We usually recommend a 1 hour session each month followed by one or two 30 min sessions as a top up in that month. If this is your first experience with Reiki, give a 30 min session a try.
How are essential oils incorporated?
Essential oils are used on the healers hands, by diffusing and if clients wish to be anointed, topical application as well.
